Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we are unable to accept physical returns once an order has been shipped. However, if your items arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.
Return Process

Thoroughly check your package upon arrival to ensure all frozen and refrigerated items are in good condition and have maintained proper temperature.

If you notice damage, missing items, or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label as evidence for your claim.
- 3.Contact Customer Support
Submit a request through our contact form within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days to issue a credit to your original payment method or arrange for a fresh replacement shipment.
